These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://networkguideacademy.com and services provided by Network Guide Academy. By creating an account, purchasing, registering for training, posting in the community or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Accounts are personal unless an organization/team agreement states otherwise. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
2. Courses, resources and digital content
Courses, labs, templates, documents, videos, quizzes and downloads are licensed for your personal or expressly authorized organizational use. Unless written permission says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, share paid credentials, circumvent access controls, scrape protected content or reproduce substantial portions of Network Guide Academy materials.
3. Live training
Training dates, duration, platform, seat limits, prerequisites and inclusions are shown on the applicable registration page. We may reasonably reschedule, replace an instructor, update delivery details or cancel a session. Where we cancel a paid event without providing a suitable replacement, the applicable refund remedy is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Membership
Membership provides the benefits stated for the selected plan during its active term. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise and a valid recurring-payment mandate is established, Network Guide Academy membership is a fixed-term purchase and does not automatically renew. Benefits may evolve, but material paid benefits will not be intentionally removed during an active term without a reasonable substitute where applicable. See Membership Terms.
5. Resume Builder
The Resume Builder is a productivity tool, not an employment guarantee or professional recruitment service. Candidates are responsible for the truth, accuracy and legality of resume content. Page-one/free and multi-page paid/export rules are shown in the product at the time of use. A paid export unlock does not guarantee interviews, employment, ATS acceptance or hiring outcomes.
6. Community and user-generated content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to granting Network Guide Academy a non-exclusive license to host, display, format and moderate that content as needed to operate the community. Do not post confidential employer/customer data, personal data without authority, illegal material, malware, harassment, spam, scams, exam dumps or copyrighted material you do not have permission to share. See Community Guidelines.
7. Payments, prices and taxes
Prices and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed through the configured payment provider. An order is treated as paid only after successful server-side verification. You are responsible for any taxes or charges that law places on you. Invoices/receipts are generated from the information available to the platform.
8. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the product/service, access or consumption, event status and applicable law. The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
9. Affiliate links, sponsorships and advertising
Some pages may contain affiliate recommendations, paid sponsorships or advertising. Commercial relationships are disclosed and do not create a warranty or endorsement of third-party products. Third-party purchases are governed by the seller's own terms. See our Affiliate Disclosure and Advertising & Sponsored Content Policy.
10. Certificates and learning outcomes
Certificates issued by Network Guide Academy indicate completion under the platform's configured criteria. They are not vendor certifications, academic degrees, government licenses or guarantees of employment unless expressly stated.
11. Acceptable use and security
You must not attack, probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass, exploit or interfere with the service; use automation to abuse rate limits or access controls; upload malicious files; impersonate others; conduct fraud; or use Network Guide Academy for unlawful activity.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages, security events or technical changes may cause temporary unavailability. We may improve, replace or discontinue features while honoring applicable paid-service obligations.
13. Disclaimers
Educational and technical information is provided for learning and general informational purposes. You are responsible for validating commands, configurations, security changes and operational decisions in an appropriate lab/change-management process before using them in production.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Network Guide Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any mandatory liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
15. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access for fraud, security risk, chargeback abuse, serious policy violations, illegal activity or material breach. Where practicable and appropriate, users may be given notice or an opportunity to correct a violation.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-law protections that apply in your location. Courts or dispute forums with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.
