Membership Terms

These terms apply to paid or promotional Network Guide Academy membership plans and supplement the general Terms & Conditions.
Plan and term
The plan name, price, duration and included benefits are shown before purchase. Access begins after successful payment verification (or authorized complimentary activation) and normally ends at the stated expiry time.
No automatic renewal unless clearly enabled
Unless checkout expressly states that recurring billing applies and you authorize a valid recurring-payment mandate, membership is a fixed-term purchase and will not automatically renew. You can purchase another term after expiry.
Benefits
Benefits may include premium community areas, member-only resources, early access, discounts or other features listed on the membership page. Benefits are personal and may not be resold or shared.
Changes
Future membership plans and benefits may change. Material changes should not intentionally remove the core value of an already-paid active term without a reasonable alternative where applicable.
Suspension
Membership may be suspended for fraud, payment reversal, account sharing, security abuse or serious breach of the Terms/Community Guidelines.
Refunds
Membership refund eligibility follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
